Returns & Exchanges

DC Shoes accepts returns of unworn merchandise with original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.

Holiday Extended Window: Any items purchased between November 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025, will have until January 31, 2026 to return.

Returned products cannot be used, altered, or washed. Merchandise that shows signs of wear, scent or damage will not be accepted for return. Goods marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned. Any merchandise returned that does not meet our requirements will not be refunded, returned to the sender and will be disposed of on site.

Original shipping fees are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Note that if you use our shipping label the costs of that shipment will be deducted from the amount of your return. Returns may take up to 3-7 business days for processing once the package has been delivered.

Please note that items sent back without a return authorization from support@dcshoes.com will take longer to refund and may not be eligible for return.
